Loreley-Bob – the summer bobsleigh run!
A new attraction awaits visitors to the Loreley when the „Loreley-Bob“
summer bobsleigh run opens for its second season in early 2014. The
comfortable, two-person sleds fly down the 700 m stainless steel run
into the valley below at up to 45 km/h. An automated lifting system
transports guests and sleds to the top station where they are automatically
released and the descent begins. Children from three years of age
are permitted to ride in the company of an adult while children from
eight years old may ride alone. Two brake/acceleration levers enable
passengers to decide exactly how quickly or slowly they wish to descend.
The brand new bobsleigh run has a number of special features, such as a
labyrinth of 7 curves, additional S-bends, waves and jumps for an extra
helping of fun. Further information available at: www.loreleybob.de
