Genuss auf dem Fluss- ein Event der Josef Lauer Stiftung
10/14/2025
The Colombia-born chef Ed Ladino takes us on a journey back to the colonial era, narrating the culinary history of the potato that traveled from Colombia on Spanish ships to Europe via Holland. Exciting, delicious, and extraordinary!
We can expect three courses with South American influences aboard the "RheinDream." The winemakers of "Zeilensprung" will serve accompanying wines.
The participation fee covers the costs, and we would be pleased to receive a donation to support young talents.
A classic win-win situation: more talents, more restaurateurs = more enjoyment for us all.
>>> Date: October 14, 2025, 6:30 PM
>>> Location: Assmannshausen Pier
>>> Cost: 95 Euros (plus any donation to our foundation)
>>> Services: Appetizers from the Krug kitchen, South American-European three-course menu, premium wines from Zeilensprung, open tasting, water, ship departing from Assmannshausen.
As we associate enjoyment with a family atmosphere, we have limited the number of participants.
Please reserve your place promptly at info@joseflauferstiftung.de, stating the desired number of participants and your billing address. After registration, you will receive all details.
