Hildegard-Wein-Walk
The Hildegard Wine Walks combine hiking with the wine culture of the Rhine Valley and the work of St. Hildegard, as well as the life of the Benedictine nuns in the Eibingen Abbey. Nuns provide insights into the daily life of the order. In short lectures and meditations, they highlight what modern society can learn from women of the Middle Ages. The head of the monastery's winery, Sr. Thekla, connects the experience to the current vintage. Culture and wine ambassador Wolfgang Blum emphasizes the charms of the region. The price includes one glass of Secco and wine 0.1l.
