Unser Tipp
The route can be cycled in both directions, and the ferry stations as well as the Ingelheim train station offer good parking options. The best starting points for cyclists arriving by train are Bingen, Oestrich-Winkel, and Rüdesheim. For the ferry rides, we recommend the World Heritage Ticket (including bicycle transport) for only €6.50 for adults and €3.50 for children (6 to 14 years inclusive).
