Immerse yourself in this seminar into the fascinating world of wine sensory perception and discover the basics of consciously perceiving, smelling, and tasting wine.

In the theoretical part, you will gain exciting insights into the world of wine: You will learn interesting facts about important wine-growing regions, different types of wine, and the key steps in wine production. Afterwards, we will focus on the typical aromas of wine and sharpen your nose in recognizing and categorizing various scent notes.

After an introduction to the four taste sensations, we come to the highlight of the seminar: the tasting and professional description of three selected wines. Discover the basics of wine sensory perception in just two hours – and become a wine expert!
